I have long been concerned with self-development, and this is the main reason why I took the training to become an EQ therapist. Lately I've been focusing more on how I can have more joy in life by following my passion and doing things I find fun! I want to take up more space in my own life.
One of the reasons why I am interested in self-development is that it has been important for me to be perfect. It has been something that on the positive side has pushed me to challenge myself and on the negative side something that has prevented me from trying new things, because I have become afraid of failing or being seen failing. I'm still afraid at times of not being seen as good enough for other people, but now it's easier for me to allow myself to be human and to be on my way.
I have also learned that I either win or I learn!
